Fehr on Injured Reserve, Sundqvist Called Up for Penguins

With Eric Fehr placed on injured reserve, the Pittsburgh Penguins have called up center Oskar Sundqvist, as reported by Seth Rorabaugh of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.  Sundqvist, a right-shooting pivot from Sweden has 16 points (5 goals, 11 assists) in 39 games at the AHL level this season.  This will be his first time at the NHL level.

Fehr was injured during the Penguins' 6-5 victory over the Ottawa Senators on Tuesday evening, and had to be helped off the ice.  Fehr's absence will be felt largely on the penalty kill, where he had the second highest amount of minutes logged by a forward on the team behind Matt Cullen.
