Ducks, Stars Call Ups, Injuries

The Anaheim Ducks have called up goaltender Anton Khudobin, as noted by  John Gibson has suffered an upper-body injury after colliding with the Chicago Blackhawks' Richard Panik as reported by the Sun Times.  In 14 games with the San Diego Gulls of the AHL, Khudobin has a .908 save percentage and 2.69 GAA.  The 22 year-old Gibson has a 2.11 GAA and .917 save percentage in 24 games with Anaheim this season.

Curtis McKenzie was recalled by the Dallas Stars according to the Dallas Morning News.  McKenzie will be filling the spot of Travis Moen who went on injured reserve recently.  With the Stars at the Nashville Predators, the Stars now have options at forward in the event that Tyler Seguin or Cody Eakin are unable to go.
