Paille to Make Debut for Rangers

The New York Rangers have announced via Twitter that recently signed forward Daniel Paille will make his debut for the blueshirts this evening, noting that Chris Kreider is unavailable (neck).  With the Rangers' penalty kill at 25th in the league and last in the league on the road, Paille was picked up to shore up that effort.  The veteran Paille, who excels on the penalty kill, was most recently with the Rockford IceHogs of the AHL.  His last NHL ice-time came with the Chicago Blackhawks last season, when he notched 13 points in 71 games.
