Maple Leafs Sign Two

The Toronto Maple Leafs have re-signed defenseman T.J. Brennan to a one-year deal as reported by ProHockeyTalk. The blueliner who was originally drafted by the Buffalo Sabres in 2007 spent most of last season in the AHL, appearing in six NHL games for the Maple Leafs while notching an assist.

It was also reported that the Maple Leafs inked forward Andreas Johnson to a three-year entry level contract. The 202nd overall selection in the 2013 NHL entry draft, Johnson played most recently with Frolunda HC in Sweden where he garnered 35 points in 55 games last season.
