Wild and Dubnyk Deal Before July 1?

Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher met with breakout goaltender Devan Dubnyk recently to convey how much the Wild would like to retain Dubnyk's services for the future, according to a report in the Minnesota Star Tribune. And it seems that the Dubnyk wants to remain a member of the Wild:
“I’m not going to go look elsewhere if there is no need to, and obviously that depends on what comes and how those conversations are going,” Dubnyk said.

Dubnyk is currently set to become an unrestricted free agent on July1, but it seems like if the numbers and term are right, he would stay with Minnesota. The 29 year-old netminder has spent time with the Edmonton Oilers, Nashville Predators and Arizona Coyotes, before landing with the Wild and having spectacular season. Backstopping Minnesota on their way to the playoffs, Dubnyk put up a very impressive 1.78 GAA and save percentage of .936 in 2014-15.
