Penguins Call Up Uher From Wilkes-Barre / Scranton

The Pittsburgh Penguins have called up forward Dominik Uher from their AHL affiliate in Wilkes-Barre / Scranton, as reported in the Post-Gazette.  The 21 year-old hailing from the Czech Republic has played in 29 games at the AHL level this season, scoring 4 goals and adding 5 assists.  It's thought that Uher will fill the spot vacated due to the Blake Comeau injury, sustained on Monday.  If Uher sees ice time with Pittsburgh in their contest with Tampa Bay on Tuesday evening, it will be his first NHL regular season appearance.
