San Jose Sharks Acquire Tyler Kennedy

The San Jose Sharks have acquired Tyler Kennedy from the Pittsburgh Penguins in exchange for their second round pick (50th overall) according to the NHL network.  Kennedy is a restricted free agent who made $2 million last season.   He has notched 168 points in 372 regular season NHL games.

The Sharks will pick at number 49, just ahead of the Penguins, in a selection that they acquired from the New York Rangers.
