Tampa Bay Trade with Anaheim Ducks

In a swap of minor league players, the Tampa Bay Lightning have sent Kyle Wilson to the Anaheim Ducks in exchange for Dan Sexton, according to syracuse.com.  Sexton will be coming back to the Crunch, where he played when that team was affiliated with the Anaheim Ducks.

Wilson, a 2004 draft pick of the Minnesota Wild, has bounced between a few NHL teams while playing forward.  He has seen 39 games of NHL ice-time, notching four goals and nine assists.  He has seen the most NHL time with the Nashville Predators.  Most recently, Wilson was playing in Syracuse and picked up five assists for the Crunch this season.

Dan Sexton, the diminutive winger out of Minnesota who played his college hockey at Bowling Green, has seen 88 NHL games, all spent while a member of the Anaheim Ducks.  He has proven to be an offensive asset, garnering 32 points, 13 goals and 19 assists, at the highest level of hockey.
