Dallas Stars Recall Goalie Richard Bachman, Assign Campbell

The Dallas Stars have recalled goaltender Richard Bachman from their AHL affiliate Texas Stars, and have sent young netminding prospect Jack Campbell back to the AHL, according to espn.com.

Bachman has played in seven games this season for Dallas, posting a 2-3 mark with an .838 save percentage.  While with Texas, he has posted a much stronger 5-1 mark with a .920 save percentage.

Campbell has not yet played in any NHL games, but has performed well while with Texas.  The 21 year-old netminder from Michigan, taken 11th overall by the Stars in the 2010 NHL draft, has posted a 14-11-3 record with Texas, to go with a .904 save percentage and 2.64 GAA.  It is thought that Campbell will eventually be Dallas' number one netminder.
