NHL Trade Snap Shots: Loktionov, O'Reilly?

James O'Brien has reported on nbcsports.com that Los Angeles Kings center Andrei Loktionov has requested a trade.  Although he played in 39 games for the Kings last season, Loktionov has been with the Manchester Monarchs of the AHL so far this season, and with the glut of centers in Los Angeles, is most likely looking for a team where he can see some NHL ice time at center.

Lyle Richardson references on thehockeynews.com that several Colorado Avalanche have been traded previously, when they looked for more money than team management was willing to offer, according to Adrian Dater of the Denver Post.  The speculation is that Ryan O'Reilly could be traded for a prospect and draft pick.
